	John Collins has received expert opinion appointments in both construction arbitration and High Court actions in Ireland. He has successfully testified on matters of quantum and prolongation and is able to forensically analyse the causes of delays to construction projects and accurately allocate liability and quantum.
	$900m Burj Dubai Tower, Dubai, UAE Extension of time claim (EOT) assignment for an American claims firm for the main contractor. Management of the consultant’s on-site claims team, development and implementation of an integrated EOT claims strategy with all nominated sub contractors, agreement of baseline programmes, development of delay event schedules.
	$400m Grand Mosque Project, Abu Dhabi, UAE
	Report for the Executive Committee of Abu Dhabi concerning extension of time and disruption claim awards. Report accepted without revision by all parties.
	€30m Pharmaceuticals Plant, Ireland
	Forensic analysis of Delay and Disruption for extension of time for a leading main contractor. Settlement reached shortly after report.
	EU Expert Assignment for PHARE Funded Programme, Romania
	Review of three regional infrastructure projects to advise project owners on requirements for project costing, cost benefit analysis and market analysis best practice. Guidelines for Long Term EU Experts to correctly categorise eligible and non-eligible project costs for EU funding.
	€3.50m Consulting Proposal to the Government of Romania
	Tender preparation on behalf of an international consortium to provide construction consulting services to the Government of Romania for EU pre-structural funding for regional infrastructure projects (PHARE). The tender was successfully awarded.
	€6m Prison Refurbishment Project, Ireland
	Final Account negotiation and settlement on behalf of major contractor.

	Developed full business plan from concept including all market and competitor research, revenue model, equity structure and management profile.
